Minimum Order Requirement:
A minimum order of 10 sets per bento combo.
How to Order:
Orders are to be placed at least 7 days before the event date. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, email, or through our website. Please include event date, time, number of guests, and menu selection. We will respond to confirm availability.
Confirmation:
After we confirm our availability for the event date and you would like to proceed, full payment is required to secure and confirm your order.
Payment:
Full payment has to be made at least 7 days before the event date. Payment can be made via PayNow or bank transfer. We accept CDC vouchers and cash payment at our stall.
Service Provision
Warmers and Setup: Warmers and setup services are not included.
Utensils: Food-grade disposable utensils will be provided based on the number of bento sets ordered, plus 2 extra sets for unforeseen needs.
Disposal: A trash bag will be provided for disposal. Customers are responsible for the disposal of leftovers.
Food Consumption: For optimal quality, food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
Packaging:
Food is packed in food-grade disposable bento boxes and containers, depending on the food choices.
Dish Selections
Each dish selection must extend to the full guest count per order, not a subset.
Menu Adjustment
We reserve the right to replace any dish or ingredient with another of equivalent value, without prior notice.
Delivery
Delivery will be arranged upon order confirmation, with a delivery fee of $40 per event location. Additional charges may apply depending on location and timing. Free delivery is available for orders above $500. Please note that during peak hours, delivery times may vary by +/- 30 minutes.
Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds
We do not accept changes, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order is confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.
