What are your operating hours?
Our current operating hours are from 6am-8pm, and we are closed on Thursdays. Business as usual on the 1st and 15th of the lunar month.
Are your food vegan friendly?
Yes, most of our food is vegan-friendly.
Are your food allium free?
The food that we sell on the website and at our stall are allium free
What is mock meat?
What is the difference between ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook?
Our Ready-to-cook is food partially-cooked or uncooked, and frozen/freezed for collection/delivery. We provide basic cooking instruction for you to cook at your convenience.
Our Ready-to-eat is food prepared upon order and cooked. You are able to consume immediately.
Delivery
Do you provide delivery?
We offer delivery for bento and mini buffet orders. A delivery fee of $40 applies for each location, which may vary based on the location and time. For orders over $500, we provide complimentary delivery to one location. Please note that during peak hours, delivery times may vary by up to 30 minutes earlier or later.
Can I change my delivery / collection time?
Please inform us 48 hours in advance of any change in delivery or collection time. We try to be accommodating within reasonable means but there are conditions that are not feasible for a rearrangement for delivery/collection time. If the rearrangement requires re-preparing the food order, it will be considered a new order, and no refund will be issued.
Payment / Cancellation / Refund
How do I make payment?
For online orders, you can make payment via PayNow or bank transfer. We also accept CDC vouchers and cash payments at our stall. Please use your mobile number or order ID as the reference number. Your order will be processed once payment is received.
If my order total is less than the CDC voucher value, can I get a cash refund for the remaining balance?
Can I place an order via WhatsApp or online and pay with CDC vouchers upon collection or delivery?
To confirm your order, full payment is required, and we will only process the order after full payment is made.
I missed my collection time, can I ask for a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds. However, you can arrange an alternate collection time, subject to availability and an additional processing fee. If re-preparation of food is required, it will be considered a new order.
Can I cancel/amend my order?
Once order is confirmed, it is considered final and due. If you have any questions, do contact us before placing an order.
